Locanda Nona Giò
The Nona Giò Inn has been managed by me, Jasmeen, and Giuseppe. We met in Copenhagen, where he worked as a cook and I as a baker and pastry chef, specializing in the sourdough leavening technique.

Our idea is to enclose taste, elegance and creativity in each dish, without distorting the quality of the ingredients from which they are made and following the natural flow of the seasons.
