On our menu you will find typical food from the entire Veneto region and beyond, with fresh fish from the lagoon, meat from the foothills butchers, eggs from a small farm a few meters from Fornesighe, mountain cheeses and vegetables from our garden and of small local vendors.
Everything we serve is fresh and homemade, including bread.

Wines

The selection of wine extends from the classic bottles of the triveneto to a vast choice of natural wines, made with minimal human invasiveness. Vinification is the effect of yeasts naturally present on the grape skins, thus making it a highly digestible product and made with the substances that nature offers.
